How to Reset a Jammed Card Reader on DN Series ATMs

Issue: Card reader reports "card jam" error (Error
Code: CR-019) and is unresponsive to card insertion.
Resolution:
- Open
the ATM upper front access panel.
- Locate
the CR Module and check for visible obstructions.
- Use
the manual eject pin to remove stuck card.
- Clean
the rollers using an approved cleaning card.
- Restart
the ATM using the diagnostics menu.
If the issue persists, schedule hardware replacement.
