How to Reset a Jammed Card Reader on DN Series ATMs

Issue: Card reader reports "card jam" error (Error Code: CR-019) and is unresponsive to card insertion.

Resolution:

  1. Open the ATM upper front access panel.
  2. Locate the CR Module and check for visible obstructions.
  3. Use the manual eject pin to remove stuck card.
  4. Clean the rollers using an approved cleaning card.
  5. Restart the ATM using the diagnostics menu.

If the issue persists, schedule hardware replacement.
