Overview:
Phishing emails remain a top threat vector at Diebold Nixdorf. This guide helps
employees recognize and properly report suspicious messages received through
corporate email accounts.
Common Red Flags:
- Messages
urging urgent financial actions.
- Unexpected
invoices, requests for gift cards, or credential verifications.
- External
senders spoofing Diebold Nixdorf domains.
Steps to Report:
- Do not
click on any links or open attachments.
- Select
the message in Outlook.
- Click
the “Report Phishing” button in the toolbar.
- Email
will be automatically sent to InfoSec.
Additional Notes:
- If
unsure, forward the email to cybersecurity@dieboldnixdorf.com for review.
- Verified
phishing reports may qualify for internal cybersecurity awareness rewards.
